Sculpture No. 7 by David Evison is a unique painted steel sculpture, standing 255 cm high, 165 cm wide, and 130 cm deep. The work rises as a bold abstract construction, built from straight steel elements angled and fused together. Painted in lime green and earthy brown, the piece has a striking presence. Most of the green-painted sections form the lower portion, grounding the sculpture and giving it weight, while the brown elements push upward, adding contrast and balance.
The steel beams intersect at varying angles, some resting firmly on top of others, while some cut through and merge into geometric shapes. These connections create a sense of rhythm, almost architectural in quality. As the viewer moves around it, the sculpture reveals new alignments and intersections, making the structure feel alive with shifting perspectives.
The lime green injects vibrancy, while the brown stabilizes the palette with an organic tone. Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 2 people, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
This piece will require dismantling and rebuilding upon arrival, and may take a few days to complete. Experienced professionals handle all our sculptures, ensuring safe delivery and proper installation.
