Accessibility
We want to ensure you have the best possible experience at our sculpture park. Please note that our standard guided route includes steps and isn’t suitable for wheelchairs. However, we do have a step-free route around our beautiful lakes and up into the valley that is accessible. This path allows you to enjoy over 300 sculptures while taking in the scenic lakeside walk.
Keep in mind that the park's terrain is not flat, and all trails, including the step-free route, are woodland tracks with a gravel surface. If you or someone you're visiting with has serious difficulty walking on uneven natural ground, the park might be challenging to navigate.
If you have a baby with you, we would recommend bringing a carrier so you can enjoy the full route. If you are bringing a buggy, cross-country versions are best for navigating the step-free route. If you have two adults and are feeling fit, you may feel comfortable tackling the steps and carrying the buggy up and down them.
We hope this helps you plan your visit!
Thai Huts
We have two raised wooden huts which you are welcome to picnic in all year, each comfortably sitting up to 6 people. These are the only spots available to picnic under cover.
Accessibility
Please be aware that the standard guided route does have steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs. There is however a step-free route around our lakes and up into the grasslands which is accessible. This will allow you to still view 300+ sculptures, and follows our picturesque lakeside walk.
The sculpture park is not flat, and all of the trails (including the step-free route) are rough woodland tracks with a loose gravel surface. If you or somebody you are visiting with has serious difficulty walking on natural uneven ground, the park may not be suitable for you to visit.
