Deliveries and Returns
Delivery
Delivery will be organised by The Sculpture Park in the most cost effective but safe and secure option decided by The Sculpture Park. This may involve a short wait to bulk deliver sculptures to the same area and therefore save on time and resources. If you require immediate delivery, you will be able to pay extra for this service.
Deliveries are carried out by experienced experts in the handing and installation of sculpture.
Smaller items may be couriered to you, again organised and packed by The Sculpture Park. Items will be insured in case of the unlikely event of damage or loss.
Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your sculpture once purchased. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (&) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, in the first instance please contact The Sculpture Park so we can work out best method of return. If we need to come and collect the sculpture, you will be expected to cover the costs for this service.
To return an item by post or courier, please email us at sian@thesculpturepark.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective of damaged products, please contact us on the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
