Tuna Drinks Cabinet by Saraj Guha is a striking and imaginative functional sculpture, crafted from steel and wood. This unique piece measures 177 cm high, 210 cm wide, and 70 cm deep when open (44 cm when closed). It takes the bold and playful form of a tuna fish, cleverly reimagined as a drinks cabinet.
Figurative yet contemporary, the sculpture features a stylised steel tuna mounted on a solid wooden beam. The left side of the fish opens like a door, revealing a concealed storage space inside. This unexpected transformation, from marine form to furniture, adds a sense of surprise and wit to the work.
The steel body of the tuna is finely shaped, with subtle detailing that echoes the streamlined power of the fish. In contrast, the wood provides warmth and grounding, offering both visual balance and structural support. When closed, the piece appears sculptural and expressive. When open, it becomes an elegant yet eccentric drinks cabinet, inviting interaction.

Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
We can provide a suitable sculpture plinth for an extra charge, please enquire for details. Experienced professionals handle all our sculptures, ensuring safe delivery and proper installation.
This piece is not currently on display at the park, although visitors can request a viewing. Additional images, videos, measurements, and details can be provided upon request.
