The Dancers by Jane K Jones is a striking bronze sculpture standing 175cm high, with a plinth elevating it by another 125cm, and a width and depth of 90cm each. The piece depicts three figures captured mid-movement, crouched and turned to the left in a dynamic dance pose. Two of the figures rest on cube plinths, which lift them slightly above the base, emphasizing their gestures and creating visual layers. Their bodies crouch low, legs spread, while their heads turn gracefully to the left. Each figure stretches its left arm outward, balancing the energy of the pose, while the right arm reaches upward, forming a rhythmic and expressive line.
In front of these two elevated dancers, a third figure mirrors a similar crouched stance, yet with subtle variation. One leg extends forward, adding tension and motion, while the right arm bends above the head in a graceful arc. The combination of these forms produces a visual dialogue between the figures, emphasizing harmony and contrast. The bronze medium captures both the strength and fluidity of the human body, with careful attention to musculature and gesture.

The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 2 people, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
