Giant Honey Bee is a unique bronze sculpture measuring 77 cm high, 95 cm wide, and 50 cm deep. The piece shows a honey bee in a steady, neutral stance. It faces straight ahead as it rests on the ground, giving the work a calm and grounded presence. Its wings rise slightly, creating a gentle lift in the composition. Sections of the wings are cut out, letting light pass through and forming a clean, open frame around them.
The bee’s body follows realistic proportions. Its form reads clearly as a honey bee, yet the sculpture avoids heavy or overly intricate detail. The artist shapes the head, thorax, and abdomen with confident, simplified lines. This approach keeps the structure strong and readable from all angles. The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
