A bronze sculpture of two realistic looking Marlins with their heads looking upwards. This sculpture is a water feature.

Two Marlins Water Feature by John Cox is a dynamic and visually captivating bronze sculpture that doubles as an elegant water feature. Standing at an impressive 161 cm high, with a width of 100 cm and depth of 70 cm. This artwork captures the sleek power and fluid motion of two marlins rising together from the depths of the ocean.

Cast in bronze, the sculpture features a pair of life-like marlins. The elongated bodies and dramatically arched backs frozen mid-leap as they surge upwards. Their long, pointed bills are raised toward the sky. While their tails and fins twist in opposite directions, creating a swirling composition full of energy. Every detail, from the textured scales to the ridged dorsal fins, reflects the artist’s mastery in rendering marine life with anatomical accuracy and expressive movement.

As a water feature, the sculpture comes to life even further, with jets of water mimicking the splash and spray of a real ocean breach. This element adds sound and motion, transforming any space. The bronze surface develops an evolving patina over time, enhancing its presence in natural or landscaped settings.

Evoking themes of freedom, strength, and the wild beauty of the ocean, Two Marlins Water Feature is ideal for garden ponds, terraces, or coastal-inspired spaces. It invites viewers to pause and reflect. The piece combines the elemental energy of water and the untamed elegance of these magnificent sea creatures.
