Mermaid with Conch Shell, Water Feature Bronze, 80 cm high × 90 cm wide × 60 cm deep

This captivating bronze sculpture, titled Mermaid with Conch Shell, has been cast using the traditional lost wax method. As a result, the artist has preserved fine details with remarkable clarity. The mermaid, part maiden and part fish, sits gracefully at the water’s edge. It can be placed beside a pond, pool, or fountain. Alternatively, it can function as a working water feature.

The sculpture not only adapts to various locations but also continues to serve as a striking focal point. The tail is positioned to the side in a relaxed posture, while flowing hair has been sculpted to suggest gentle movement. The mermaid’s lithe figure enhances the overall elegance of the composition.

She delicately holds a conch shell in one hand, directing water to cascade into the surrounding water feature. The bronze has been finished with a beautiful two tone patina, blending sepia tones with touches of emerald verde. This finish enhances texture and highlights key features of the sculpture.

The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
