Listen to the Forest by Brendon Murless is a signed and numbered bronze resin sculpture from an edition of 40, measuring 80cm high, 53cm wide, and 45cm deep. The sculpture presents a large, expressive female face in exquisite detail. Her eyes are closed, and her expression conveys calmness and serenity. Delicate fern imprints decorate her skin, adding a natural, textured element that links her to the forest.
The artist emphasizes the face as the central focus. The features are smooth, refined, and lifelike. As the sculpture extends outward from the face, the detail softens. The sides, the top of the head, and the back of the neck gradually become rougher. The edges end in uneven, lumpy forms, giving the piece an organic and natural feel. Fern imprints continue along these outer areas, blending the figure into its surroundings.

The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
