Life-size Seated Churchill represents an iconic Winston Churchill pose where he is smoking a cigar and smiling. Sculpture can sit on any bench making him and excellent political figure for outdoor garden or public display.
Winston Churchill was a remarkable leader who inspired Britain during World War II. Serving as Prime Minister from 1940 to 1945, he led the nation to victory. Although he lost the 1945 election to Labour’s Clement Attlee, Churchill returned as Prime Minister from 1951 to 1955.
Winston Churchill, born on 30 November 1874 in Blenheim Palace, joined the Royal Cavalry in 1895. He became Conservative MP in 1900, switched to the Liberal Party in 1904, and became First Lord of the Admiralty during the Gallipoli campaign. After resigning, he fought on the Western Front. He rejoined the Conservatives in the interwar years, served as Chancellor of the Exchequer in 1924, and opposed Indian Independence and Nazi appeasement. In 1940, he became Prime Minister, boosting British morale with memorable speeches. After a 1945 electoral defeat, he was re-elected in 1951 but had limited impact due to poor health. Churchill resigned in 1955 and died in 1965, receiving a state funeral.

Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
