Teak Twist is a tall, commanding sculpture made from solid teak hardwood. It stands 158cm high, 52cm wide, and 46cm deep. The piece rises vertically before curling gently at the top in a natural, elegant twist. This formation wasn’t carved, it formed over time through the tree’s own growth, shaped by nature and weather.
Rich textures run across the surface. Deep grains, knots, and ridges tell the story of the wood’s age and environment. The natural curves add movement, as if the sculpture is still growing or shifting. Light plays across the surface, highlighting warm tones and organic patterns.
The base is strong and simple. With two rods stuck through the base of it, this lifts the wood just enough to give it presence without distraction. Together, the stand and sculpture feel grounded, yet dynamic.
Teak Twist suits a wide range of settings. Indoors, it adds warmth and drama to clean spaces. Outdoors, it blends effortlessly with trees, stone, and sky. Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
We can provide a suitable sculpture plinth for an extra charge, please enquire for details. Experienced professionals handle all our sculptures, ensuring safe delivery and proper installation.
This piece is not currently on display at the park, although visitors can request a viewing. Additional images, videos, measurements, and details can be provided upon request.
