Willard Bopoto
BORN,
Willard was born in 1985 in Northern Zimbabwe. His favourite lesson in primary school was art and craft. Zimbabwe is known for being rich in stone deposits. As a child he spent most of his childhood experimenting with different pieces of stone. He was just ten years old when he sold gis first sculpture to an American. This inspired him to keep on carving, he went on to become a very well respected skilled artist.
