BORN
Francony was born in 1959 in Le Havre, France.

EARLY LIFE
Francony moved to London in 1977, where she lived and worked before returning  in 1984 to Vence, France, where she currently lives.

CAREER
Francony began exhibiting her work in 1990 in France, both through solo and group exhibitions, including shows in Paris and other locations. By 2000, she returned to London to exhibit in the UK, and in 2002 she decided to focus on public art. Some of her public art projects include “Artistic Exchange with Stamford” and “The Triangle”. She has continued to exhibit publicly in the UK ever since.

EDUCATION
In 2010, she gained a diploma in Architecture.

MATERIALS
Francony uses a wide variety of materials for her works, including concrete, plaster, mosaic, glass, stones, and mirrors. Her work often features a concrete base combined with colourful mosaic elements.

STYLE & SUBJECT
Her work includes outdoor seating, fountains, and sculptural pieces. She draws inspiration from intangible ideas as well as themes of womanhood, spirituality, and goddess worship, often expressed through vibrant and intricate mosaic designs.
