Owl Family by Magansio Vissensio brings together the timeless elegance of Shona stone carving with a warm sense of unity and guardianship. Standing 144cm high, 82cm wide, and 19cm deep, this unique sculpture depicts an abstract family of three owls nestled together as one form.
At first glance, the large central head draws your eye. It rises proudly, symbolizing wisdom and protection. From this main form, two smaller owl heads branch out at the sides, subtly connected to the larger figure. Their bodies flow into the curves of the stone, merging gently into a single, balanced shape. This clever composition makes the family appear inseparable, bound by stone yet alive with presence.
Smooth, rounded lines soften the sculpture’s edges. Light dances along the polished surface, highlighting the owls’ wide, abstract eyes and the simple markings that hint at feathers. There’s no fuss, just quiet strength and togetherness. The larger owl stands like a guardian while the smaller owls lean close, safe and content within the protective shape.

Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
