This piece is a unique Bronze and Marble sculpture measuring 31 cm high, 40 cm wide, and 12 cm deep. The piece features two antelopes captured mid-leap, frozen in dynamic motion as they spring to the right. One leaps slightly above and behind the other, creating a sense of depth and rhythm.

The antelopes’ legs stretch outward, emphasizing reach and energy, while both of their back legs are anchored to a shared ground piece. This grounding allows the forms to appear suspended in mid-air, enhancing the illusion of flight. The bodies are stylized and elongated, reflecting an Art Deco sensibility that favours elegance and minimalism over strict realism.

The figures are smoothed, highlighting flowing lines and graceful curves. The hollow backs keep the piece flat, making it ideal for frontal display. Mounted on a black marble base, the golden-brown bronze of the antelopes contrasts sharply, drawing the eye to their sleek forms.

Overall, Leaping Antelope combines fluid movement with geometric elegance. The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
