Graceful Bird by Moveti Manzi is a unique, hand-carved Shona sculpture created from Springstone. Springstone is a dense and richly coloured stone native to Zimbabwe. Standing 151cm high, 60cm wide, and 49cm deep, this elegant work captures the essence of a poised bird in an upright stance, radiating calm and dignity.
The sculpture’s smooth, flowing lines convey a sense of motion frozen in time, as though the bird is about to take flight or has just landed. Manzi has expertly balanced form and proportion, using the natural strength and fine grain of Springstone to create delicate curves and refined contours. Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 2 people, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
