‘Time’ is a graphic illustration of facial features to form an hourglass. Clear blue watery tears flow from an eye, over a pair of lips, and down to an upside-down eye beneath. Usually sand, Esbe creates a metaphor with tears, representing life’s sadness, but with the hint of a water-feature for an outdoor landscape.
A pop art glass sculpture of a abstract depiction of the flow of time.
