Mask by Martin Scorey is an abstract wood and iron sculpture measuring 100 cm high by 36.5 cm wide. The piece rests on a simple wooden plinth, presenting a human face in stylized, abstract form.

The flat wooden base forms the mask’s structure, painted in earthy tones of brown, beige, black, and red. Iron is used for key facial features and hair, contrasting with the wood’s warm surface. The eyes are highlighted in beige, while the lips are painted red, drawing attention to these expressive elements. The remaining iron retains its natural metallic finish, adding texture and depth.

The mask is not functional, yet its design feels believable as a wearable piece. Its combination of materials and abstracted form gives it a contemporary, sculptural presence. The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.

We can provide a suitable sculpture plinth for an extra charge, please enquire for details. Experienced professionals handle all our sculptures, ensuring safe delivery and proper installation.
