Art Deco Angel by Simon Probyn is a striking abstract steel sculpture, standing 142cm high and spanning 152cm wide. This unique piece features a bold, geometric interpretation of angelic wings, crafted from six large triangular steel forms, three on each side, extending outward in perfect symmetry.
The design draws clear inspiration from the Art Deco movement. Its clean lines, sharp angles, and polished industrial surface give it a modern yet timeless presence. Each triangle creates a dynamic rhythm, suggesting movement and lift, as though the wings are poised mid-flight. Yet, despite its minimalism, the sculpture conveys a strong sense of grace and power.
Viewed front-on, the wings form a stylised silhouette reminiscent of ancient symbols of protection or transcendence. From other angles, the negative space between the triangles becomes just as important, adding lightness and energy to the otherwise solid material.

Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 1 person, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
