Jill Tweed
LIVES:
Jill is based in Oxfordshire in Southern England.
EDUCATION:
Tweed studied Sculpture at the Slade School of Art,
SUBJECTS OF WORK:
Movement and the life force in human and animal forms expressed in a figurative or expressive style are the concepts from which Tweed works, and she quotes her influences as Rodin, Richier and the ancient Cycladic.
EXHIBITIONS:
Gill’s work has been shown in many prestigious galleries in London, New York. She has completed numerous public and private commissions in the UK, France and the USA.
