Wallace graduated with a BA (Hons) in Painting from the University of Sunderland in 1985. Later, he earned a MA in Site Specific Sculpture from Wimbledon College of Art in 1998.
Career:
Ally Wallace works across a wide range of disciplines, including installation, drawing, painting, sculpture, and video. His practice is often site-specific, responding directly to the environments in which his works are displayed. In addition to his self-directed projects, Wallace has completed several large-scale public commissions for institutions such as new hospitals in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Brighton, and Bristol.
