Dancing Stone III by Lilly Henry is a contemporary bronze resin sculpture standing 200 cm high and cast in an edition of nine. The work takes inspiration from the natural formation of a found stone, capturing the organic beauty of erosion and time. Its smooth curves flow effortlessly around gentle lumps and bumps, creating a tactile surface that invites touch and reflection.

Near the top, a small circular opening pierces the form, giving the sculpture a sense of lightness and movement. This hollow space contrasts with the solid bronze resin, allowing air and light to pass through, almost as if nature itself carved the void. The shape feels grounded yet dynamic, balancing weight and motion with subtle grace.

Henry’s piece evokes the rhythm of the sea and the slow transformation of rock by wind and water. The smoothed surface recalls pebbles found along a shoreline, shaped by years of rolling tides.
