Rock Basin is a unique stone sculpture measuring 30 cm high, 117 cm wide, and 67 cm deep. The piece functions as a furniture sculpture, carved into the form of a water basin. The stone retains much of its natural, rough texture, preserving its organic, raw appearance.
At the center, a smooth, concave bowl has been carefully carved, providing a striking contrast to the untouched surfaces around it. This polished interior draws the eye immediately, inviting interaction and offering a sense of calm. The basin’s curves are gentle, and the craftsmanship emphasises both utility and artistry.
The uncut stone around the bowl emphasises the material’s natural strength and texture. Each variation in colour and grain adds character, making the sculpture feel alive and grounded. Delivery & Installation
The Sculpture Park will be in contact after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will require at least 2 people, which will be provided by The Sculpture Park wherever possible. We can provide an installation service upon request, email Sian at sian@thesculpturepark.com to discuss details. Delivery and installation will be provided by The Sculpture Park for mainland Great Britain, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A mainland courier company will handle any onward shipping.
We can provide a suitable sculpture plinth for an extra charge, please enquire for details. Experienced professionals handle all our sculptures, ensuring safe delivery and proper installation.
