Anchorage by Antonia Spowers is a striking abstract sculpture standing 145 cm high, 80 cm wide, and 26 cm deep. The piece features two anchor shapes crafted from glass, each constructed from several identical glass planes bolted together at the top. One anchor is white, and the other is a pale green, creating a subtle yet engaging contrast between the two forms.

The anchors are minimal in design, their shapes more akin to elongated arrows than traditional anchors. Each rests on one flat side at its base, tilting slightly, which gives the impression of delicate balance and poised movement. The minimalism of the forms emphasizes line and geometry, inviting viewers to focus on the interaction between surfaces and angles.
