LIVES:
Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe

PARENTS:
His Father Luke was a basket weaver and stone sculptor.

EARLY LIFE:
His father became his mentor and he began carving at the age of 12.

EDUCATION:
Singi joined the Tengenenge Art Colony in 1989, and by 1996 he was mentoring young artists.

CAREER:
2009 Artist in residence for Zim art in Singi, which gave him the opportunity to represent himself outside of Zimbabwe

AWARDS:
He was awarded a highly recommended certificate by The National Gallery of Zimbabwe and in 2000 one of his pieces of was chosen to be permanently exhibited at Harare Airport.
