Ronald Moll

Ronald began his working life at a city of London company of architectural sculptors, E.J.Bradford & Co . Their works included St.Pauls cathedral restoration and the making of a new pulpit for the cathedral.
Second phase of career, he entered a metal working workshop. Gaining advanced skills in that field.
Third phase was back to wood. He started a cottage industry in North Devon designing and making furniture.
Fourth phase was into the fine arts, four years study at Barnstaple and Cheltenham arts schools.
Fifth phase is into the present – Since 1989 he has had studios in North Devon and now North Somerset.
Ronald’s interest in sculpture are in both fields of traditional and contemporary. In the traditional sense, love working with the figure and the language of representation. In contemporary, the new is terrific and refreshing, working for movement into totally new ground, of the non-representational.
