Michael Kenny

Liverpool, UK, 1941 – 1999.
He studied at Liverpool College of Art, Slade school of Art, Goldsmiths school of Art. Kenny was referred to as “the Liverpool Italian” due to his fascination of Giacometti and his vast plaster structures he was creating. he lectured at Slade during 1970’s. He was widely reconised by british sculptors during 80’s and 90’s. He won special attention for his geometric stone work. His work has been exhibited in many recognised galleries and can be found in many collections both private and public worldwide.
