She lived and worked between the United States and the United Kingdom, eventually settling in Saxby, UK.

CAREER:
After studying in America, Drewry returned to the UK to marry her husband, Lloyd. Shortly after, the couple decided their next destination in an unconventional way, by throwing a dart at a map, which led them to California. There, she continued her studies at the San Francisco Art Institute. The couple remained in California for three years before returning to the UK, where she established her artistic practice at the farmhouse where she was born.

Her work focused primarily on the human figure, often depicting young women and children in quiet, reflective moments. Her compositions are characterised by a sense of intimacy and emotional depth.
