Hans developed an early interest in sculpture, leading him to pursue formal training in the discipline.

LIVES:
He later emigrated to Montreal, Canada in 1951, where he continued his artistic career.

EDUCATION:
He studied at the Lahr School for Sculptors, graduating in 1948.

CAREER:
Hans Martin Schleeh was an abstract figurative sculptor. In 1960, he held his first solo exhibition, showcasing 42 sculptures. His work went on to be featured in numerous exhibitions around the world and is held in many private collections.

MATERIALS:
Marble, stone, steel, and copper.

Schleeh’s work focused on abstract figurative sculpture, combining elements of the human form with abstraction to create expressive and modern compositions.
