EDUCATION:
Honours degree in ceramics at Bath Spa university
Olivia spent time training in sculpture at the Florence Academy, Italy
CAREER:
Olivia completed a three month residency in India then went to live and exhibit work in Australia for 3 years before returning to the UK to become a full time sculptor. In 2006 she was offered a position locally at Castle Fine Arts Foundry in Wales, learning about mould making and techniques through to Patination
Olivia now works in ceramics and bronze at her studio in Brighton.

MEDIUMS USED IN WORK:
I generally make original pieces in clay and then cast into bronze using lost wax casting methods, I also cast found objects into wax and model the waxes into a form, ready to cast into bronze’
SUBJECTS OF WORK:
The human figure plays a central part in my making, I spend a lot of time observing and drawing movement, posture, strength, spirit and individuality’
EXHIBITIONS:
Olivia regularly exhibits at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Affordable Art Fairs in London, New York, Singapore, and LA.
