EARLY LIFE:
Edwin Schofield studied Fine Art at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham from 2007–2010. During his studies, he was taught by artists including Ryan Mosley, Phyllida Barlow and Jonathan Parsons. His early work evolved from narrative painting into experimental approaches focused on paint itself as a subject, culminating in large-scale paint pour installations exhibited at venues including the James Hockey Gallery, OXO Bargehouse and The Sculpture Park.

CAREER:
Contemporary British painter, sculptor and graphic designer. Edwin Schofield is known for his figurative and expressive painting style, alongside his creative work with brands and visual identity projects. Since graduating, his paintings have been exhibited in London, Sydney and New York, and his sculptural works have been auctioned internationally. In 2015, he founded the Surrey-based creative agency Yazaroo with support from The Prince’s Trust.
