1861 – 1909
Upstate New York, in Canton. moved to Ogdensburg in 1872.
EDUCATION:
School of Fine Arts Yale. He then became a reporter travelling widely he would always be drawing people and places, by 1886 he was an established illustrator of western and military for magazines his work ended up in many major magazines.
