Born
Paul Eaton was born in 1955 in London and later moved to the Surrey Hills, where his early interest in wildlife developed.
Career
Eaton is a professional goldsmith and silversmith whose sculptural work forms a central part of his practice in the UK. Over time, he has built a substantial body of work, producing approximately 500 miniature sculptures. His pieces, ranging from one to twenty inches in size, are recognised for their precision and individuality, with each sculpture hand-finished.
Materials
He begins by carving original models in wax, which are then cast in solid bronze or silver. Moulds are taken from the original works to preserve them and allow for further castings, each individually produced and finished by hand.

Eaton’s work is distinguished by highly detailed miniature sculpture, often inspired by wildlife, reflecting the influence of his upbringing in the Surrey countryside.
Awards & Exhibitions
Over the past decades, Eaton has exhibited in miniature art exhibitions internationally, receiving multiple awards. He has been granted signature memberships by professional societies, including serving as Vice President for Sculpture at the Royal Miniature Society and being elected a member of Miniature Artists of America.
